Our clear policies are designed to ensure fairness, protect our beautiful inventory, and guarantee a fantastic experience for everyone.

Pricing & Quotations

We provide personalized, all-inclusive quotes based on your specific event needs. Please contact us via phone or our website form for a detailed estimate. Full payment is required to confirm your booking and schedule your delivery.

Reservations & Payment

To reserve your items and lock in your event date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total rental fee. The remaining balance is due in full 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change.

  • 7+ Days Notice: Full refund of your deposit.
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 48 hours: Unfortunately, no refund can be issued as we will have committed resources and turned away other customers.

Delivery & Pickup Services

We offer three convenient delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Curbside Delivery (Additional Fee): Your items are safely delivered to the nearest accessible point to our vehicle (e.g., driveway, building entrance). Items are neatly stacked for easy access.
  • Premium In-Home Delivery (Additional Fee): Our team will carefully transport your rentals to a specific room or area inside your venue. Please inquire in advance for a custom quote.
  • Professional Setup : Our expert team handles setup and takedown so you can truly relax and enjoy your day.

Damage Waiver & Care of Items

We take pride in the impeccable quality of our decor items.

  • Standard Policy: The client is responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Peace of Mind Option: For a small fee, an optional Damage Waiver covers accidental damage, eliminating unexpected repair costs. (Excludes gross negligence or loss). Ask us for details!

Setup & Styling Services

We offer professional setup and takedown services for a fee to ensure your decor looks perfect. This service must be booked in advance. Contact us to discuss your vision and get a quote for a flawless setup.
